We adopted Alfie from the National English Shepherd Rescue group 10 years ago. From the get-go he was a handful — but from the greatest challenges come the greatest rewards. Alfie won numerous agility and rally titles, and he was devoted to us and our little farmstead. As a dog, he was no slouch.
