Dr. Kitt was very professional, kind, informative, and compassionate. She was what we needed during this very difficult decision. The service that you offer allowed us to have all our grown children there and allowed us to say goodbye with the time we needed versus feeling rushed between office visits at our very busy (but very good) vet.
