Here at Journeys Home, our Client Care Specialists (CCS) are often the first voice you will hear when reaching out to us concerning end of life planning for your pet. The Client Care Specialists on our team are thoughtful, compassionate individuals that have experience with planning and assisting with peaceful euthanasia. They are here to offer you guidance and support as your pet is reaching the end of life, whether you are in the early stages of planning or you are ready to schedule an appointment. They strive to lend a gentle listening ear concerning your pets quality of life issues.
All have:
- worked in veterinary practices and have assisted with both in-clinic and in-home euthanasia
- endured the loss of their own beloved pets and fully understand the sensitivity that goes into navigating this process
It is always their goal to learn about the unique relationship you and your pet share in order to provide the best experience possible during a difficult time. After discussing your pet’s quality of life concerns, they will talk you through the euthanasia process, can help with coordinating aftercare arrangements, and will do their best to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
